Elder LaPray Nashville Tennessee

  Wednesday June 16th: Today was kind of a lame pday but not the worst one I've had! We picked up doughnuts in the morning and then played basketball, spikeball, and talked to family. Then we went and got Popeyes, followed by hanging at the clubhouse, playing pool, and talking to family again. That was basically pday haha. We came home and went and visited the Roaches and also Candice and Aria to say goodbye to all them for Elder Myers. We came home and that was the day! Super sad to see Elder Myers leaving tomorrow, but it'll be okay.  Thursday: Well today was transfers! We went and dropped Elder Myers off at White House with Elder French to head to Nashville and Elder Baker came with me! We went and painted a fence for 2 1/2 hours but it came out looking really good! See pic below, + check out Elder Baker in the pic twice lol.   Wednesday June 9th: Today was good, but exhausting! We woke up at 6 and went to play basketball and we played hard for 2 hours. Then we went to waffle house and talked to family for a bit. After that we went to the church to play some more ball for another few hours and I was so dead after that. We came back to the Goodlettsville apartment packed up our stuff and headed home. We got ready had coordination meeting, then went to Cameron's had a good contact with him there just really discussion what he thinks the truth is and what he needs to do based on that answer. He said he would pray about it so hopefully he can do it sincerely and receive his answer and act on it!  Thursday: Today was good! We had a slow morning but watched a good mission devotional by Elder and Sister Tai. Things got super busy after that. We drove to the store to get some stuff for a recent convert who is trying to quit smoking for good. We picked up some supplies then went to go try and visit some lad...

  Wednesday June 2nd: Sorry for not sending out an email the past couple weeks. Days are quite monontaneous and we've also been pretty busy. I'll try to do better. Today wasn't too bad! We went to Bowling Green for pday. We played soccer and basketball and then headed to domino's! Elder Myers and I bought for the whole district because they accomplished a goal we all set together and that was the deal! We came home after and had a lesson at Dairy Queen with our friend Hugh. He is very strong in his faith but was kind and bought us some blizzards and by the end his heart was definitely softened. Hopefully he can progress and read the Book of Mormon!  Thursday: Today not much happened. We updated our phones to a new church update, went to the library and got some stuff printed off for our friend Danny. Later we watched the weekly mission devotional.
