Elder LaPray Nashville Tennessee

  Wednesday August 19th: Today was crazy busy but super fun! We woke up, did our morning routine then went shopping. We came home changed and then left and played soccer with a bunch of missionaires. Eventually some dude pulled up and kicked us off the field because of liability issues or something dumb but he was super cool about it and said he hated to do it. Later we went to another park and before we even started playing we got kicked off that one too, let me just say for the record, this is why kids stay inside all day on their technology nowadays you literally can't have fun outside without getting in trouble anymore, covid or not! Anyways, the guy who kicked us off the second field was even more cool and let us follow him to some hidden park and told us no one would bother us there:) We played kickball with the soccer ball since there was no goals and then "kill" which is another super fun game and honestly I had the best time!!   Wednesday August 12th: Today was a good day! We woke up and went to Walmart and then we hung around the apartment for awhile and talked to family and sent some emails! Later on we went down to Murfreesboro and it started raining again and we took off before we got drenched and went to the pavillion and played card games and told riddles while it poured rain for an hour or two! Then we played pickle ball and spike ball untill we had to go. We came home and talked to family again just a bit before p-day was over! Afterwards we went and got dinner from a member and she was very nice and she told us something incredible... CHURCH WLL BE THIS SUNDAY!! Then we had a lesson with a guy named Jason who might possibly be interested even though he continuously said he wasn't he kept asking questions and wants to have another lesson sometime so we'll see what happens with that! Then we had coordination meeting and that wrapped up the day!  Thur: Woke up and had our zone conference today...

W ednesday August 5th: Pday is one of the best days of the week! Today was good once again! We woke up did our morning routine then headed to Walmart afterwards I came home and talked to my Dad for awhile which was great! Then we went to the park and I bought a baseball glove and we threw the baseball around for a bit and went a hit at the end of the day too until we snapped the bat hahaha but that was a blast! We also played pickleball and frisbee. The park we went to had a memorial for a guy who died in a plane accident a few years back and the memorial was super cool so I'll throw in some pics of that and my glove as well! Afterwards we got back in our gear and did cold calling and Facebook until the end of the day... good pday overall though so it's alright!  Thur: Today wasnt too bad! Woke up had our district call and then went and filmed a quick video for the Facebook page. Did a little facebook finding and then headed to second Harvest and did a shift there! We came home...

Wednesay July 29th: Today was a pretty good pday. We woke up and got our shopping done and then Elder Iverson's friend from back home is visiting family in TN so we met up with them and and went to lunch at Longhorn steakhouse and it was dang good. His dad paid for it too which was super nice of him! We brought a change of clothes with us so that we could head to the pavilion after and play games like we did last week. We met up with some other missionaries and had a great time. We came home got changed and made contacts and had a good ward coordination meeting! Not a bad day, but as always looking forward to the next one haha!  Thur: Today we woke up had a normal routine as always then had a good companion study. We took an evaluation in the training book and it was cool to see where I think I could improve. After lunch we went to the food bank again and did a shift.
