I Was Decapitated By a Samoan Rugby Player

Thur: Today was awesome!!! Woke up a little late due to an alarm prank gone wrong, but luckily it was pday! Grabbed a way quick breakfast and headed to the temple and had an awesome session. The sisters in our district were kinda mad we weren't there when they wanted to meet cuz we were late. But I think its dumb cuz we were supposed to be there at 9 and we were! They wanted to be way early which was crazy if you ask me! Anyway tho like I said it was an awesome session and i had elder swank in my session too! Then did laundry and accidentally washed my suit pants which should be dry clean only but i think they are okay lol. Then lunch and then had a super long talk with my family and sent out and had a few emails, love talking to my friends via email and fam via Skype! Had a little nap and then dinner and exercise night. Much needed pday!

Fri: Woke up and had breakfast then had a good book of mormon study. Headed to our trc and had our teacher sit in. The lesson went decent, nothing special. But my teacher gave us a lot of really good feedback and told us he was really impressed with our preparation and structure and said it will definitely come along with more practice and if we keep up the same preparation. Had a good class and a good lunch. Then had a good second class. Had a good dinner and then witnessed some of the elders in my district give some priesthood blessings to some sisters which was cool. Had a good volley ball night and played with a 6'4 somoan that was jacked and going to play rugby for either byu, Utah, or Utah state when he's home and he spiked it on my dome a couple times. So i humbled myself before god but he wasn't able to give me enough strength to overcome the weakness difference i had vs that man, but don't worry God, I understand.

Sat: Today was an alright day, kinda hard didnt like miss home a ton but missed living normally. Wanted to go eat at a restaurant, wanted to hang with my friends, and wanted to do anything besides sit in class haha. Just one of those days though, I'll be okay. Had some good meals though, and a good exercise night so that was good. Just keepin' it real!

Sun: Today was very good. Slept in till 8 cuz it was fast Sunday shh, don't tell any anyone. I've been very good about exact obedience ever day, but today sleeping in a bit was soo nice and much needed. Had a good priesthood meeting about the plan of happiness and me and my companion taught the spirit world portion. Had a good sacrament as well! Blessed the bread and bore my testimony! Then had an okay couple lessons by one of the branch counselors but he was kinda boring :/ he had good spirit though so I felt bad I wasn't very interested. Finally ate and a sister hooked me up with a monster and I've never been so happy!! White one too, and I know a guy who loves those! Then our district sisters and a few elders wanted to sing a song for our teachers which I think is pretty corny to be honest, but I attempted to join in but they just made fun of the elders untalented singing skills so we stopped singing and then they got mad about that too and so everyone kinda got upset and left haha I was happy though cuz I didnt have to sing anymore. Then had a SWEET devotional by brother Pope or as most of you may know him, Coach Pope ;) and him and his wife gave the greatest talks. He also brought a couple players who gave some great thoughts too. It was nice to have a coach talk to me again instead of a church authority. Really got me excited to serve again! Mini miracle right there, definitely made up for yesterday. Then our group had a devotional review and figured out the song thing so we are all good there. Good day forsure!

Mon: Today we had chocolate chip pancakes for breakfast so u already know it was another good day. Had a really good lesson with a new trc investigator and then had a good class. Had 5 corndogs for lunch oops and they had some really good fries too. Had a good second class and had a guest that used to be a mission president who helped us with a couple things. Told us that if investigators don't follow up on their invitations to pray or read the book of mormon, don't continue on to the second lesson, but instead read or pray with them so that they have that spirit with them and are ready to here the second lesson so we don't waste the lord's time and their time. So that was really good info! Had an okay dinner, Korean rice bowls here are far from tasty. So had 3 pieces of toast and a chicken bacon wrap. Had a really fun exercise night, and a good time with my roommates! The cookies and cream milk here is bomb.

Tues: Today was a pretty good day. Had a good breakfast muffin and then headed to class. Had a good class, then had a good lunch. Had a good second class and finished the last half hour of class outside which was fun. Had a good scripture study and read enos with my comp. Super good one espicially the last verse and won't take you long to read, definitely would encourage you to do so. Then our devotional got canceled so we had a Joseph Smith history lesson with our 2nd counselor in our branch presidency. Him and his wife are weridly funny. Fun day.

Wed: Today was pretty fun. Had a super good lesson with our fake investigator again. Then had a good class and then had another good member lesson with a returned missionary from samoa that I had a really good time talking to cuz she served in the area I had my hefy experience. That was cool. Then had another class which was cool and our teacher came and ate with us after! Had a very fun exercise night and a fun night with my district.

Thank You to my Aunt Tyra and family for the treat box it made my day! Thank you Papa and Nana for the Donuts for our district. They were declicious. Thank you Grandpa and Grandma for the money, names and letter. It will go toward my dry cleaning bill for my suites. I really apprectiate everyones support, packages, and letters. Thank you.
